TE designed a new type of non LED welding torch for the new RS lamp

TE Connectivity (TE) recently launched a series of new products free welding socket led. This conforms to the RoHS standard BR socket can be used for RS (BridgELux) LED lamp to achieve rapid termination. With this new product, customers do not need to design and manufacture a complex metal coating printed circuit board assembly, and then integrated into the lighting. In addition, it also provides a wide range of lighting designers LED installation options, because it can be easily used to locate and assemble simple hand tools at any location.

This single piece connector assembly uses a TE plug-in wire termination method, suitable for 18 to 22 AWG solid wire, enameled wire with a 18 to 20 AWG and a multi strand of 18. The LED socket assembly, free of charge, will be integrated into the appropriate position on the heat sink and can be safely assembled using only four M3 or #4 screws. Gently press the mounting clip, the LED can be fixed in the socket shell, and then the components can be installed on the lamp.

To enhance the integration capabilities of the socket, the design can be adapted to the market on the LEDIL Britney series optical components. In addition, plenty of space to make it suitable for other customized optical solutions. Other features of the product include:

A barrier free area for mounting reflectors that can be customized or commercially available optical components;

The integrated strain release slot prevents accidental pulling out of the wire assembly, and the ultraviolet resistant shell material is suitable for outdoor use, and the utility model can prevent the casing from being changed.

The socket through the UL 1977 certification, applicable to UL 8750 application areas.
