TT elec launched for infrared induction portable devices LED

TT electronics OPTEK Technology OP200 IR LED, known as the industry's smallest surface mount IR LED. The size of the device is a small size 0805 package, the design engineer can be used for portable devices infrared induction. They are also suitable for non-contact position sensors, machine automation systems and micro optical encoders. OP200 device is a 0805 package GaAlA infrared LED (880nm wavelength) chip, with flat lens, the wide beam angle, a uniform emission type. They are mechanically and electrically coupled with the OPTEK OP520 series silicon NPN phototransistor. Reverse voltage OP200 for 30V, the forward voltage 1.5V, continuous forward current 50mA. Rated power consumption at 25 130mW. When the forward current is 20mA, it can produce 0.2mW/cm2 aperture power (apertured power).

OP200 can meet the requirements of RoHS, high temperature (260 DEG C) lead-free welding, rated operating temperature range of -25 to 85 DEG C.
