Taiwan LED leading enterprises actively layout of the mainland market

According to Taiwan media reports, EPISTAR will cooperate with lite and a household electrical appliances factory, set up factories in Changzhou, a $120 million joint venture, EPISTAR shareholding of more than 50%; EPISTAR and UMC cooperation will also set up factories in Shandong, a joint venture amounting to about $16 million, UMC and EPISTAR were invested 50%.

EPISTAR deputy general manager and chief spokesman Zhang Shixian said that the past is a passive crystal electric and other downstream packaging manufacturers orders, orders this year, a significant change of strategy, crystal electric will combine different packaging factory to take the initiative to develop customers, this new model and packaging factory or module factory cooperation can bring considerable performance.
