Taiwan region will join hands with mainland enterprises to accelerate the development of wind energy industry

"Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA)" energy secretary Ye Huiqing (Huey-ching Yeh) said that Taiwan hopes Taiwan's wind power equipment and service providers to cooperate with mainland enterprises to develop product standards, human culture, and into the international market.

Cross strait forum wind Ye Huiqing held in Taipei on August 17th to 18 "(Taiwan-China Wind Energy Forum) said," wind power equipment in Taiwan area is still in the early stages of development, its 2015 goal is to achieve a total installed capacity of 1400KW, 2030 3000KW. Taiwan officials said that cooperation between Taiwan and mainland enterprises, may be concentrated in offshore power farms.

Chinese (China's National Energy Administration Energy Bureau) deputy director Liu Qi at the forum pointed out that large-scale wind energy market in mainland China will bring many opportunities for the Taiwan area of wind power generation equipment and component manufacturers.
