Taiwan tripod photoelectric will build the largest LED industrial base in Haixi in Fuzhou

Recently, vice governor, mayor Su Zengtian met with Taiwan Dingyuan photoelectric Polytron Technologies Inc chairman Fu Peiwen line.

Polytron Technologies Inc was founded in 1987, mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of compound semiconductor components and silicon components. The Fu Peiwen Jung is mainly to implement the "5 - 18" period and the Fuzhou municipal government, Fujian Province Electronic Information Group signed the investment agreement, in the South Island City of Science Park building LED photoelectric semiconductor research and development, manufacturing, packaging, testing and application base, with 100 sets of blue and green MOCVD based, R & D, production LED chip and extension products. After the project is completed, the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan. Fu Peiwen said it would actively introduce LED downstream manufacturers, to create a complete industrial chain, enhance the core competitiveness of Fuzhou LED industry.

On behalf of the municipal Party committee and municipal government, Su Zengtian warmly welcomed the arrival of the guests. He said that speeding up the construction of the South Lantau Science City, Fuzhou is the implementation of the country's new energy strategy and the provincial key projects, new growth regional development and other five campaigns specific measures. Ding Yuan photoelectric LED semiconductor base project construction, will improve the industrial chain of Fuzhou LED, to build industrial clusters, but also for the development of the market to provide a broad space for the LED market. Fuzhou will introduce a number of supporting policies, strong support for LED chips and epitaxial product development, manufacturing.

The two sides agreed to continue to accelerate the preparatory work of the project, increase government support to ensure that the project started construction before the end of this year.
