Tang Guoqing: domestic LED industry compared to the international level there is room for improvement

Moderator: now the whole market, a lot of Chinese industry is at a loss, but the state support, but still need their own strong, do you think the domestic enterprises and the international giant gap?

Tang Guoqing: I would like to clarify, do LED industry we are making money, there is little money. So we can not say that a part of industry is a loss, this is certainly not accurate. Because the LED industry chain is relatively long, from the material, epitaxy, chip, packaging, and even applications. In a chain of industry, there is a little economic benefits, because the input output requires a cycle.

Second I would like to prove the beginning of this year, LED industry listed directly in the name of LED, the stock price earnings ratio is very high. In the domestic enterprises, our three electronics group exceed the market value of how many times, but still very good momentum in the walk. This is Xiamen. There are a number of listed companies have been touted by everyone. There are many companies lined up in the market, I expect them to be popular after the listing is also very high. But there are different, there are front-end, middle end, back-end.

But realistically speaking, in 2003 the national Ministry of industry and the joint establishment of the semiconductor industry studio, compared with other aspects of the development of the fastest LED, with the international terms, but also the closest to the international level. We have made great progress in these years. This is the first to be sure. Where is the gap? After all, starting in this industry is a bit late than the international company, so there is still a gap in technology. For example, just said CREE is a representative enterprise, whether in large or small light source, a single lumen number is relatively high, the stability of product technology and one-time repeatability, is very good. Second, in the patent technology, our country has been advocating, the government also hope that has been done for manufacturing into wisdom manufacturing, is the wisdom of the great manufacturing, from technology innovation, I think that we still need to continue to work together, for example, an application for a patent for invention in the patent application.
