Tatsu Oriental Lighting and Sichuan Changhong strategic cooperation

Up into the Oriental Lighting announced on Friday (14 days), the strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Sichuan company wholly owned subsidiary of Changhong Changhong devices, the content of the following aspects of the possible strategic cooperation, monolayer and multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) between the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) OEM to PCB products of Changhong group; promotion group and the light emitting diode devices of Changhong group (LED) to promote cross marketing products; and the two sides may conduct business integration PCB and LED business in the future. Agreement for one year, will automatically renew for two years.
