Tektronix Inc launched three new passive probe

New TPP0850 and TPP0502 probe new expansion of the characteristics of breakthrough TPP series of high bandwidth, universal probe architecture. The low capacitive load of the TPP0502 means that even with a long lead, the effect on the quality of the measurement is minimal, which allows the engineer to move the design flexibly without having to worry about the length of the lead.

TPP0502 and TPP0850 intelligent communication through the TekVPI interface and the MSO/DPO5000 and MSO/DPO4000B series oscilloscope. This means that the oscilloscope can automatically scale the size of the display screen, so that the attenuation coefficient of the probe to match, in order to show the correct results. In addition, the built-in automatic compensation function on the probe can automatically compensate the probe to the oscilloscope path, so as to provide the most accurate measurement when the probe is connected to the oscilloscope. Designed specifically for high frequency applications, the P5100A is a low input capacitance high voltage probe (2500V).
