The accumulation of RGB LED drive MBI6020 using reverse engine clock

The cumulative technology uses the clock back engine for the newly launched three channel constant current LED driver MBI6020 to ensure the transmission capability of the LED building lighting system. Because the signal transmission of the LED building lighting system often causes the instability of the signal with the time or the long distance transmission, so it needs the stable and reliable long-distance transmission ability. MBI6020 specific clock reverse function that can enhance the stability of LED building lighting system in long-distance transmission. In addition, MBI6020 also uses the A-Token addressing mode to transmit image data to ensure the accuracy of the transmission. Therefore, MBI6020 is particularly suitable for LED building lighting, LED curtain lights, LED lights, LED signs advertising words, LED neon lights and other applications.

In order to enhance the reliability of long distance transmission, MBI6020 has the function of clock reversal and parity check. The clock reverse function can balance the clock work, allowed to concatenate more MBI6020, let the system will not operate because of transmission caused by signal distortion or attenuation; and the parity check function can prevent the error message, in order to provide a more stable and reliable transmission. In addition, the MBI6020 can be built through the built-in buffer to enhance the output thrust, to extend the transmission distance. Therefore, the MBI6020 can be connected up to 1024 RGB LED pixels.

In addition to the above improved transmission, MBI6020 also uses the accumulation of unique S-PWM technology, the system can 4MHz in low clock frequency, can still show 16 gray scale effect, so to reduce the system load at the same time, also can achieve the visual effect of rich color. In addition, the MBI6020 can support a constant current output range of 5mA to 50mA per channel, and support 3.3V and 5V power system, and the voltage up to 17V.
