Sanan optoelectronics recently issued a notice that the Anhui Sanan optoelectronics Co. purchased LED MOCVD a total of 107 sets of main production equipment to the United States Viiko Precision Instrument Co. Ltd. and Germany AIXTRONAG, the company paid under contract including 12 devices deposit, September 29, 2010, Anhui Sanan optoelectronics received Anhui province Wuhu municipal government to give 12 sets of equipment subsidy 43 million 200 thousand yuan.
