Taiwan Huaxin Lihua Limited by Share Ltd to set up wholly-owned Xi'an Huaxin Technology Corporation, a total investment of $200 million in Xi'an high tech Zone of the first domestic high-power LED epitaxial wafer and chip manufacturing production base, founded in June 10th.
