The highest light efficiency in the industry! Samsung has launched three enhanced CSP LED products

Recently, the Samsung Corp launched three new enhanced CSP (FEC) LED products ---LM101B, LH181B and LH231B. Samsung says these products have reached the highest light efficiency in the industry.

Compared with traditional LED packaging, CSP LED has relatively low efficiency and is not widely used in the mainstream LED lighting market. However, the newly upgraded FEC LED can be applied to most mainstream LED lighting environments, including environmental lighting, tube lights, spotlights, high shed lights and street lighting applications.

It is reported that the enhanced FEC LED uses the Samsung Corp's latest CSP technology to form a TiO (titanium dioxide) white wall around the side of the chip to guide the output of light up. The technology provides higher light efficiency than the traditional CSP LED, and provides greater flexibility for the design of the lamps and lanterns.

On the basis of the original, the upgraded FEC LED package has achieved the highest level of light efficiency in the industry, and can adapt to a wider range of lighting applications, Samsung said.

The light efficiency of the 1W level LM101B increases to 205 LM / W (65mA, CRI 80+, 5000K), and is the highest in the 1W CSP LED.

3W level LH181B also achieved the highest light efficiency in similar products, 190lm / W (350mA, CRI 70+, 5000K), up by more than 10% compared with previous versions.

5W level LH231B encapsulation continues to provide 170lm / W (700mA, CRI 70+, 5000K) light efficiency, which is also the industry's highest 5W optical effect. (compiled: LED network James)
