TPS61050 chip of TI (IC) with 2 MHz switching frequency, 2.2 H inductor allows low section, small outline. The TPS61050 device can be used as a steady current power supply and a standard boost voltage regulator. This additional operating mode is useful for powering other high power devices in the system, such as audio power amplifiers or other components that require a supply voltage higher than the battery voltage. TPS61050 can also simplify the design by integrating four preset operating modes.
