Tiananmen square LED display base for new clothes

It is understood that the people's Heroes Monument Tiananmen square on the north side of the two sets of LED display with new marble.

This morning, the reporter saw at the Tiananmen square, the new screen has not yet begun to play the screen, but the base is replaced by marble, the back and around are wrapped in marble material.

Due to the south side of the square monument to the people's heroes, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, on the eastern side of the National Museum, the Great Hall of the people on the west side of the building are made of marble material, so the new LED screen appears to complement each other.

According to the reporter, Tiananmen square, the two group of LED display was first appeared in September last year to meet the founding of new China, the 60 anniversary of this year in order to meet the labor day in April to re install in the square.

After nearly half a year of operation, the original screen needs to be removed for maintenance. After a period of 10 Yu Tian construction, each of the two sets of length of 50 meters, the height of 7.5 meters to complete the new high-definition LED display.

Reporters learned from the Tiananmen Management Committee, the new display, is expected to complete the project in the near future and commissioning work, eleven before the official broadcast.
