Toko developed can be used for mobile phone flash white LED driver IC "TK11893AM8", has begun to supply samples. Compared with the original product, improve the LED drive current, such as 1 white LED about 500mA. The switch control circuit is controlled by PWM. Switching frequency is 2MHz.

The driver IC can be used as a flash drive white LED, but also can be used as a Torch Mode continuous light during the camera. Dimming can be achieved through an external resistor. Supply voltage is 2.5 ~ 6V. 10 pin HSON3030B package. The overall size is 3mm * 3mm * 0.9mm.
