U.S. Energy Star Lamps Specification V1.1 will terminate certification

It is reported that, as of July 1, 2016, CBs will terminate Lamps Specification V1.1 Energy Star certification, only accept Lamps Specification V2.0 Energy Star certification. V1.1 Energy Star certified Lamps products will continue to be effective until January 2, 2017.

Still need to be energy star certified according to Lamps SpecificationV1.1, the CBs must be before July 2, 2016, the certified product information together with information submitted with the EPA (EPA). Beginning in July 2, 2016, QPX will block CBs submit product information to the EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) Lamps SpecificationV1.1 Energy Star certification.
