UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.), a global leader in product safety testing and certification, recently announced the acquisition of LTL (Luminaire Testing Laboratory) laboratory in London, pennsylvania. The laboratory is to provide independent testing laboratory performance test for lighting and lighting products for the lighting industry, is approved by the U.S. Department of energy, one of the qualification test of LED lighting products in accordance with the energy star standard 5 institutions.
