Unisto with LED display electronic seal can work at 40 degrees below zero

Reusable Crypta electronic seals are ideal for cold winters in Britain and europe. These seals of the Unisto Electronics Marketing Company have been tested by an independent testing agency, which meets the BS2011 standard and can withstand the effects of ice water, salt and dust on the vehicle. Last winter, Swedish companies and Finland's largest feed carrier, Monten, conducted extensive tests on the seal.

This seal two places better than competitors. In the harsh conditions of winter, these two advantages are particularly important. First, the product is completely sealed, filling the mixture inert, unlike the mechanical device, nothing can enter in the seal affect its performance; second, the seal number is displayed by the overall lighting in the winter, the light is not good or dark, can be clearly read, effortlessly.

The Swedes were tested in the depths of winter, traveling thousands of kilometers a day, proving that the seals were reliable. "Even though the temperature is usually low to minus 40 degrees centigrade, their performance has always been very good," said a staff member who took part in the test. The locking mechanism is easy to operate even with thick gloves."

"We need a system that is not only easy to use, in line with the country's new regulations, but also in other parts of Europe," said Kaj-Erik Monten, managing director of Monten. We tested the Unisto seals to see if they could survive the winter environment in our country. These seals work perfectly, so we have the whole team on the seal."

The Crypta seal is based on Unisto's award-winning reusable electronic seal device. Each time it will form a four digit random seal number, but also record the time and date of each open or closed. Its memory can store data of the last 50 operations. In this way, it is possible to determine whether the goods are lost by checking the initial seal number of the initial loading operation. This seal is expected to be available for six to eight years, depending on the specific circumstances. Compared with the disposable seal, the seal can be quickly recovered.
