The retractable halogen working table lamp is also known as the "architect 's lamp", consisting of a 150W halogen bulb, a retractable lamp arm and a lamp holder. The recall is limited to product models for 13456-US and product batch number of C06081581V185, C06081582V185 and C06081584V185 halogen working table lamp. The halogen working table lamp from 2008 to 7 in the United States in the Staples retail stores, priced at $50 / light.
The number of goods recalled was about 2000. The reason for the recall is that the protective cover of the halogen lamp is easy to break, and the exposed halogen bulb has the risk of causing fire and causing the user to burn. At present, Catalina lighting equipment company has received 65 reports of protective cover rupture, no personal injury report.
