Veeco MOCVD ROY HB LED to support the expansion of Xiamen Sanan choice

On November 1, 2007, Veeco announced that Xiamen Sanan electronics recently purchased two sets of TurboDisc (R) E450 (TM) As/P MOCVD system to expand the ROY (red, yellow, orange) HB (highlighted) LED production capacity. Three said the market for signal and display with LED demand is growing, and the introduction of high E450 MOCVD so that the company can continue to improve the yield of LED ROY HB. According to Veeco, using E450 MOCVD three expansion, once again confirmed that E450 and E475 is an ideal tool for mass production of ROY HB LED devices.
