The Veeco company (NASDAQ: VECO) today announced the launch of 3 new market leading TurboDisc based metal organic chemical vapor deposition equipment (MOCVD), used in the production of high brightness light emitting diode (LEDs) two: TurboDisc MaxBright M, TurboDisc MaxBright and TurboDisc K465i HP MHP.
