Vishay company launched six new TELUX series of bright red LED INDIFFUSED type TLWR9420, TLWR9421, TLWR9422, TLWR9520, TLWR9521 and TLWR9522. these LED using the world's most bright AllnGaP on GaAs (OMA) technology, and is the use of special lens can reduce the number of LED oval and cost for the automotive and other lighting applications in the construction of the the TELUX. LED is mainly for applications requiring the highest flux, they provide a wide range of lighting, can improve the traffic signal lights and signs; car taillights, brake lights, center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) and the steering lamp and outdoor lighting device lighting efficiency. They can also replace small incandescent lamps. These ultra bright LED using the industry standard 7.62 mm square package, and has a 90K/W heat dissipation ability (RfhJP), which can achieve -40 C to +110 DEG C high operating temperature range. Since all packages combine excellent luminous flux, forward voltage, and color, they can provide a very consistent appearance when used together for the same lighting system.
