White SMD LED based on sapphire InGaN/TAG

According to JEDEC LevEL 4 standard pretreatment CLCC-2 flat package lead free (Pb), and in line with RoHS. These components have been certified by the AEC-Q101 motor, with up to 1kV ESD withstand voltage, and comply with the JESD22-A114-B specification.
