In December 11th, Zhuhai announced that it has signed with GMI semiconductor distributor agreement has become the exclusive system on chip (SoC) solutions provider. The agreement will take effect from December 8, 2006.
GMI is Asia's leading chip dealer, its main suppliers including Carle, Realtek, Freescale and Toshiba. To reach an agreement with the Zhuhai fire, GMI will only sell the Zhuhai fire products, instead of selling Zhuhai actions produced by competitors include Soc products
