Analysis of localization of the core equipment of LED lighting chip in China

The past two years, "Crazy" growth of purchasing MOCVD equipment, MOCVD equipment, Chinese nearly two years of growth has been ranked first in the world, before 2010, Chinese MOCVD total installed capacity of only about 150 units, as of November 2012 reached 909 taiwan.
