BMC's $150 million purchase of Identify development project management market

March 28th foreign news, New York local time on Monday, BMC software company announced that it has reached an agreement with the acquisition of approximately $150 million Israeli Identify software company.

According to Reuters, BMC announced that it expects the transaction will be completed in the first quarter of fiscal year 2007. The transaction is subject to the usual terms of acquisition.

BMC CEO Bob said the acquisition of Identify will further expand the business of BMC in the field of project management. Identify currently has about 500 customers.
