January 12th, China Institute of standardization organized the research and development of China's phasing out incandescent roadmap project launch meeting. The main content of the project is to provide policy and theoretical support for the elimination of inefficient lighting products by sketching out a clear roadmap for phasing out the incandescent light.
According to reports, China is the world's largest manufacturer of lighting appliances, production and sales volume ranks first in the world, and the proportion of high energy consumption of incandescent lamps in the lighting products. According to the effect of the implementation of Chinese green lighting project assessment report, the "95" period, China's promotion of efficient lighting electrical lighting to achieve more than 1 billion 400 million, the terminal section of 25 billion 700 million kwh electricity, which can avoid the installed capacity of 4 million 800 thousand kilowatts, equivalent to a reduction of the power invested about 40000000000 yuan. The elimination of incandescent lamp and the replacement of energy-saving lamps will bring great social and economic benefits, which is an important way to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
It is understood that the elimination of incandescent lamps, the promotion of energy-saving lamps is one of the important measures of energy saving and emission reduction. Since 2007, Australia, Britain, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland and France and other countries have introduced policies to eliminate incandescent lamps and the corresponding roadmap. It has become an urgent problem in our country to develop a roadmap for phasing out incandescent lamps and phased out the timetable.
According to reports, the basic content of the project, including the international policy on the elimination of incandescent lamps and practical research, the development of China's elimination of incandescent road map and the results of the project promotion and communication. It is expected that in June next year, will form a series of research reports and roadmap and policy recommendations.
