CitizenHD to accelerate the reorganization of electronic components business, merger LED and LCD business

Citizen Holdings (HD) announced plans to accelerate the cause of the reorganization of electronic components, due to its part of the business overlap, plans to integrate the relevant subsidiaries to enhance operational efficiency. Production and sales of crystal oscillator, Citizen Miyota imaging equipment, as well as the production of crystal oscillation components of the Citizen Fine Tech, in October 2008 merged into the target. Citizen Miyota is expected this year will be withdrawn from the overlap with the Citizen LCD backlight business.
