Third quarter OLED display market fell

According to DisplaySearch report released today (2007) third years a quarter OLED market performance down, mainly Samsung SDI AMOLED product can not meet production goals; another reason is that LGE will be transferred to AMOLED resources from PMOLED, while shipments in the third quarter of only 310 thousand, far lower than the second quarter of 3 million 100 thousand. These five suppliers together account for about 98.5% of the market, which is only about 1.5% of the other players. Samsung SDI hopes to achieve the goal of approaching 2 million in the fourth quarter, while RiTdisplay is expected to ship more than 7 million in the fourth quarter.
