The world's largest personal computer maker DELL last year suffered cold, two times lower income expectations, some investors greatly disappointed. DELL said the day before, will seize the opportunity for rapid expansion in some emerging markets.
DELL 7 years ago to take direct sales model to become the U.S. PC market leader, the company also hopes to India, China and Eastern Europe and other emerging markets to achieve the same results.
