Edison launches new high power infrared LED

Edison Opto a Taiwan high power LED packaging manufacturer recently successfully developed a series of infrared high power LED (0.7W-2W) - named IR Edixeon series IR Edixeon LED in 700 mA or 1000mA driver and 400mW and reached 280mW. IR Edixeon LED is a new solution to bring night vision light system, the product has small size, high brightness and high reliability. The original IR Edixeon LED light angle of 120 degrees, but with two times optical brightness can be increased to 700mW/sr. IR Edixeon provides two different wavelengths of different applications were 850 nm and 940 nm.
