FITI to enter Korea and Italy Market

In December 6, 2007, the company set up Xin Hai Xin semiconductor Limited by Share Ltd (Foxsemicon Integrated Technology, FITI) announced the entry into South Korea, the lighting market. FITI signed an alliance agreement with Korea Companies Charm & Ci from December 5, 2007 until the year of April 2010. Under the agreement, FITI is responsible for the provision of all LED lighting applications, components and modules of the Charm in the volume of production and assembly and exclusive sales in South korea.
