The development of LED in China started in 1960s. In the early stage, most of the domestic LED enterprises were packaging enterprises, all of which were imported from abroad. Third, the government has stepped up efforts to support industrial development. Changchun semiconductor factory, the state owned 746 factory, Suzhou semiconductor factory has carried out technical transformation, and combined with the research results of colleges and universities, and achieved good results. Fourth, the rapid growth of the market makes it difficult to meet the needs of mainland China's technological transformation, and thus a large number of chips from China's Taiwan, Japan imports, thereby promoting the development of LED packaging industry.
