Nichia LED patent was invalid in South Korea

Seoul semiconductor announced that the company has been in the Korean Intellectual Property Court (KIPT) the initial victory of Nichia patent disputes. In July 23, 2008, KIPT announced that South Korea Nichia patent No. 406201 patent is invalid.
