Nichia in Germany dizhuang sue Seoul semiconductor LED Product Infringement

Recently, the Japanese LED maker Nichia (Nichia Corp) announced that the company has on 7 July in Germany formally dizhuang accused South Korea Seoul semiconductor (Seoul Semiconductor), Seoul semiconductor German subsidiary "Seoul Semiconductor Europa" and sold Seoul semiconductor products in Germany Conrad ELectronic SE 3 companies selling patent infringement the company's LED products.

It is reported that Nichia pointed out that Seoul's semiconductor infringement object Seoul semiconductor manufacturing Acriche Series in a white LED light of this charge. Nichia determines that the white LED light against the company's patented "font size EP (DE) 622858 patents", so the lawsuit, asked Seoul to stop selling the LED semiconductor products and related damages.
