Philips and Novaled created a new record for OLED

Philips and Novaled company jointly announced today the two companies in the OLED (organic light-emitting diode) technology breakthrough, the two companies together to create a new record of OLED performance, the luminous efficiency of OLED, the service life is enhanced. It is also the only reliable method for measuring effective luminous efficiency.

Novaled's chief technology officer Dr. Jan Blochwitz-Nimoth added, "the results also show a combination of high brightness and high operating stability of OLED, paving the way for the future of OLED lighting.
