In this situation, the author believes that the government and the industry should take positive measures in the following 3 areas, beware of low-level redundant construction:

First, local governments should make scientific decisions, identify the local industry chain in the development of LED industry should be located in the development of appropriate development strategies to avoid low-level redundant construction.

Two is to accelerate the development of 3C certification and related technical standards, from the legal and technical standards to regulate the market order, so that the industry as soon as possible out of the good and bad, the stage of cohabitation. Especially in the process of the development of technical standards, to put forward strict requirements on light efficiency, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, security and other indicators, not to leave room for low level products and technology support for the development of leading enterprises.

Three is to increase the intensity of application and promotion, expand the market space for industrial development. The state should adopt corresponding preferential tax policies, the corresponding products to give the real subsidy or as soon as possible to LED products included in the government procurement catalog and other initiatives to reduce the application cost of LED LED, expand the market space, so that the application of LED into the positive cycle as soon as possible.
