Renesas digital terrestrial broadcasting adjustable antenna varactor

Renesas Technology (Renesas) recently announced the launch of two for digital terrestrial broadcasting capabilities and portable mobile terminal adjustable antenna variode (varicap diode), in which RKV653KP has alleged the industry's smallest 0.6 x 0.3mm size, while the RKV653KL uses a package extended.
