SEMI said North American semiconductor manufacturing equipment development trend is good

International semiconductor equipment and Materials Association (SEMI) said recently that the North American semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturers orders in April shipments ratio rose to 1.11, higher than 1.03 in March.
