Hangzhou Silan recently launched a LED fluorescent lamp used in high power factor flyback PWM controller -- SD7529. Chip with high efficiency (above 86%), high power factor (greater than 0.98) and other characteristics, can be widely used in LED fluorescent lamps and other LED lighting products.
The SD7529 integrates a high performance analog multiplier and a zero current detector for power factor correction and critical conduction mode. In addition, the chip is also integrated with a blanking circuit of the current sense comparator and drive the peak current -600mA and +800mA output driver stage, very suitable for driving large current MOSFET or IGBT.
At the same time, the chip built-in soft start circuit, can effectively prevent the light load when the output voltage. The chip integrates a variety of abnormal state protection, such as built-in short-circuit protection circuit, the abnormal conditions of output short-circuit protection system, can effectively avoid the damage; built-in power supply overvoltage protection function, in the event of short circuit or open circuit optocoupler abnormal condition, can effectively protect the system to avoid damage. The chip also has an under voltage lockout circuit, the primary over-current protection function, and over temperature protection.
