TLC59282 by swing processing to minimize the simultaneous switching noise on the output of LED switch, thus further reducing the peak switch current transients in order to promote the LED module with low cost double printed circuit board (PCB) of the wiring. If the traditional multi-channel LED driver is used, the four layer PCB wiring must be used to avoid the disruption of the serial data communication path during the output blanking. In addition to reducing electromagnetic noise, TLC59282 also supports high inter channel and inter chip accuracy, can effectively ensure that each LED string to provide uniform current.
Main features and advantages of TLC59282
Input voltage range: 3.0V ~ 5.5V;
LED channel voltage up to 17 V;
Four channel packet delay can minimize the simultaneous switching noise;
A serial communication protocol that enables the display processor to control multiple LED drives on the same serial bus. High precision current matching helps to achieve a uniform brightness between multiple LED strings;
The current error precision of O channel: +/-0.6% (typ);
The current error precision of O chip: +/-1 (typ).
* 30 ns BLANK pulse can achieve very high refresh rate in multiplex applications.
