The research work shows that, semiconductor lighting chip under power density 10W/mm2 is no problem, as long as the radiation condition is good enough, and the key to the future is to improve the internal quantum efficiency of epitaxial material, improve the optical efficiency of the chip, improve the characteristics of encapsulation efficiency and heat dissipation.
