UDC developed full phosphorescent white OLED

Technology development as the key materials of the OLED display, to achieve high performance of ace - released phosphorescent materials have attracted much attention. The United States UDC (Universal Display Corp.) for lighting purposes released full phosphorescent white Oled. Previously, phosphorescent materials in the red and green has been practical, but the development of blue is still relatively slow. UDC released this is the use of the newly developed blue material full phosphorescent white OLED (Figure A-1).

UDC development of a total of two panels. A more emphasis on luminous efficiency. Luminous intensity of 1000cd/m2 is as high as 62lm/W. Correlated color temperature (CCT) is 3180K. Up to 30% reduction in brightness (LT70) at the initial brightness of 3000cd/m2 for the duration of 2500 hours. Another panel attaches great importance to life. The lifetime (LT70) is 4000 hours at the initial luminance of 3000cd/m2. Correlated color temperature is 2640K. When the brightness is 1000cd/m2, the luminous efficiency is 58lm/W. (Editor: LEDxume)
