Wei Wei holdings to terminate the acquisition of environmental protection LED ecological planting cabinet system

Wei Wei holdings announced that the company entered into a termination agreement to terminate the memorandum of understanding on January 22nd with the Time Season Investments Limited, the contents of the proposed acquisition of environmentally friendly LED ecological planting system company. All obligations and rights under the memorandum of understanding shall be exempted and discharged by the company and the Target Corp.

Company means that after further discussions, the two sides agreed to terminate the memorandum of understanding and cooperation in other forms.

At present, the company has worked with Target Corp and a high-tech company to develop a new environmental protection LED ecological planting cabinet system, and has successfully produced the first model of the system.
