Fulbright established in Shenzhen LED Lighting Solutions Center

Announced future electronics's Future Lighting Solutions, LED lighting resource center for the establishment of two new (LED Lighting, Resource Centers, LRC) will begin operation, LRC will use the Philips Lumileds Lighting Luxeon LED, to help customers develop LED products.

It is reported that these two facilities are located in Montreal, Canada (services in the United States and the European market) and China Shenzhen (service in the Asia Pacific region and Japan).

LRC has two service functions: first of all, it has a Luxeon Retrofit laboratory, which is used to validate and confirm the effectiveness of application technology. Secondly, the establishment of a brightness measurement laboratory, will assume the measurement of LED products.

The company's global vice president Jamie Singerman said, the new LRC will provide expert advice for the development of LED engineering, the development of these applications based on Luxeon. For those who want to enter the lighting market, if the lack of optical, thermal, power, systems and LED internal engineering knowledge, through the LRC can reduce development costs, faster access to the LED lighting market."

LRC provides five key services to customers, for customers to develop to solve the lighting scheme: Luxeon application development concept and customer verification; electronic application development; optical design and simulation; secondary optical equipment evaluation and characteristics; development characteristics of high power LED.
