The first white LED production line put into operation

Ltd production average luminous efficiency has reached 59 lumens per watt, far higher than the current level, reached the advanced level in the world. High brightness LED light source products developed can be widely used in city landscape lighting, road and traffic signs, indoor and outdoor decorative lighting, full-color display, car lights, mobile phone and digital camera and flash based on field.

Yi Hanping said that their goal is to absorb the international advanced level in the digestion, to establish their own high brightness LED R & D center, development of independent intellectual property rights of technology and products, breakthroughs in key technologies, the formation of high brightness LED relatively complete industrial chain of R & D and production base. To the end of 2008 at the end of the third phase of the project, in addition to reach an annual output of blue LED epitaxial wafers 180 thousand, 2 billion 400 million chip grain size, will be built with an annual output of 500 million high power LED package of scientific research and production base, the breakthrough and the formation of semiconductor lighting industrial supporting technology.
