Now there are a lot of customer demand for LED lights are not conventional specifications, is the need to customize. But because it is not familiar with some of the technical parameters of the LED lamp belt, so there are a lot of requirements is obviously not in line with technical requirements, even if the use of it will be affected. Here to talk about the LED lamp with a special custom three notes for customer reference:

1, LED lamp belt circuit design:

The circuit of the LED lamp belt comprises a series circuit and a parallel circuit.

A. series circuit has the advantage of constant current, it is easy to control the drive current of LED. The disadvantage is that if one of the LED damage, then all the LED will not light, but does not affect the life of other LED.

The advantage of B. parallel circuit is that any one of the LED does not affect the use of other LED. The disadvantage is that if no current limiting resistance, any one of the LED is damaged, it will cause the other LED both ends of the current increase, it will burn other LED. And because the drive voltage of a single LED is very low, it will cause most of the voltage to be useless.

C. series parallel circuit is the current LED lamp with a general circuit, because the use of a number of LED together with a series of groups, and then with other groups in parallel. The utility model can improve the utilization rate of the power supply voltage to the maximum extent, and reduce the loss of no effort.

At the same time, the use of several LED series, can guarantee that these LED drive current is consistent, which is conducive to constant LED current, to ensure the service life of LED. After the series of LED lamp group and other groups in parallel, to ensure that if a group of damaged, will not affect the normal use of other groups. At the same time, each group has a current limiting resistor, so it will not affect the service life of other groups because of the damage of one group.

Number 2, LED lights beads per meter:

Typically, LED lights with the number of beads per meter is fixed. For example, 1210 of the lights are 60, and the 5050 is the light, the special is the 60 lights. If there are other special requirements, such as 50 meters per meter, which involves the need to modify the circuit. Because it is usually a group of 3 LED, if it is a 50 light, it will become a group of not enough, but if it becomes a group of two LED, it will increase the resistance of the current limiting resistance, which will result in waste of resources. So, when the LED lights with customized special requirements, we must pay attention to the number of beads are multiples of 3, so that it is not a waste of resources caused by voltage.

3, LED lamp belt shear position:

In general, each group makes a shear position. But some customers will require a single LED to do a shearing position, it is also unreasonable. Because that is equivalent to a parallel circuit, for the service life of the LED lamp belt is not guaranteed.
