SIA February global semiconductor sales reached $19 billion 220 million

Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) announced Monday, February global semiconductor sales reached US $19 billion 220 million, up 6.8% over the previous year, after sales at the end of ascension, February sales are usually relatively weak, sales revenue fell by 2.2% compared with January.

SIA said that despite some signs of increased inventory, they still believe that in 2006 the annual sales revenue will grow 7.9%.
